Rules (6.5)
- +1 when the customer informs ≥ 24 h before the slot start.
- +1 last-minute with proof: accident, sick / MC, severe traffic jam. Admin records the reason and ticks "proof received".
- 0 for absence without notice or proof.
- −1 full replacement slot in any class with capacity; −0.5 for a 30-minute extension of a regular class. Admin chooses at booking time.
- Use within the calendar year. No monthly cap. Resets 1 January.
- Parent self-service make-up booking is v1.5.
